Spirit.

Spirituality.  A collective awareness that can agree in most aspects of life.  Team spirit.  Do you cocoon or do you cease to exist?  Do we not grow on the inside in preparation for enlightenment?  Some would call it death, as they do.  Similar to a flock of birds, they agree with each other and stay as a flock.  Turn a human into a bird and his/her definition of a collective spirit would turn into birdlike thoughts on the word flock.
